Yes. Website templates, themes, UI kits, and asset packs are delivered as digital downloads (ZIP files). There is no shipping fee or wait time for digital products.
It depends on the product. Templates typically include HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; WordPress themes include an installable .zip; UI kits include Figma and/or Sketch source files; asset packs include SVG, AI, and PNG. Each product page lists its included formats.
Every purchase includes a standard license for use in one end product (yours or one client). For multiple projects or commercial resale, contact us about an extended license before purchasing.
Yes. The standard license covers one paying client project per purchase. For agencies working on many client sites, an extended or multi-use license is available — just reach out.
Because products are digital, all sales are generally final. However, we issue refunds within 30 days for files that are defective, corrupted, or materially not as described. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Yes. All products include free lifetime updates. When we release an update, you can re-download the latest version from the Track Order page.
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover — all processed securely through PayPal with SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Yes. All transactions are processed by PayPal over an encrypted SSL connection. Your card information is never stored on our servers.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge helps for code templates, and our documentation guides you through setup. WordPress themes install like any standard theme, and UI kits are edited in Figma or Sketch.
Most products are digital. We occasionally offer optional physical extras such as printed style guides or USB asset drives, which ship via standard carriers. Standard shipping is free on orders $75+ ($6.99 otherwise), Express is 2.99 (2–3 business days), and Overnight is $24.99 (1 business day via FedEx Priority).
Yes, we ship physical items to Alaska and Hawaii via standard carriers. Delivery takes 7–14 business days and a flat rate applies — the $75 free shipping threshold does not apply to AK/HI orders.
Once a physical item ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. For digital products, use our Track Order page to re-access your download link anytime.
