Site Sculptor Studios sells digital products only — there is no physical shipping. All purchases are delivered electronically, immediately after payment is confirmed.
How You Receive Your Files
Once your payment clears, two things happen simultaneously: (1) a download confirmation email is sent to the address you provided at checkout, and (2) a "Download Files" button becomes available on your order confirmation page. You can use either method to access your purchase.
Download Link Validity
Download links remain active for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your link has expired before you had a chance to save your files, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will send fresh links at no charge.
Lifetime Updates
All purchases include lifetime product updates. When an update is released, you will receive a notification email with new download links. Updates are provided free of charge — there is no need to repurchase.
No Physical Shipping
Because all of our products are digital files, we do not collect or store any physical shipping address information. No postal service, courier, or handling fees apply to any order.
Delivery Issues
