Every purchase includes a commercial license for unlimited client projects. Redistribution or resale of the original files is not permitted.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or purchasing from sitesculptorstudios.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. These Terms are entered into between you and Peregrine Transport LLC ("Site Sculptor Studios," "we," "our," or "us"), located at 18328 Mettler Ave., Carson, CA 90746.
2. Digital Products and License
All products sold on Site Sculptor Studios — including templates, UI kits, themes, and components — are digital files delivered electronically. Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use the product in your own projects and in unlimited client projects, subject to the restrictions in Section 3.
3. License Restrictions
The license granted does not permit you to: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product files as-is to a third party; (b) include the files in any product marketplace, stock site, or template collection for resale without prior written consent; (c) claim authorship of or copyright in the original product; or (d) use the product to develop a competing template marketplace or distribution platform.
4. Permitted Uses
You may use purchased products to build websites, web applications, SaaS products, and digital tools for yourself or your clients. You may modify the source files as needed for your project. You may include the product (modified or unmodified) as part of a client deliverable, provided the end client does not receive the original source files as a standalone redistributable asset.
5. Intellectual Property
All products, designs, code, and content on sitesculptorstudios.com are the intellectual property of Peregrine Transport LLC or its licensors. Purchasing a product grants you a license to use it; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights. The Site Sculptor Studios name, logo, and brand assets may not be used without prior written permission.
6. Payments
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. By completing a purchase you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your selected payment method. Prices are subject to change without notice; the price displayed at the time of checkout is the price you will be charged.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, available at /policy/return-policy. In summary, we offer refunds within 30 days of purchase if a product does not function as described. Refunds are not available for products that have been downloaded and are working as intended.
8. Delivery
All products are delivered digitally, immediately after payment confirmation. Download links are emailed to you and accessible from your order confirmation page. Links are valid for 30 days; contact support for reissuance if yours expires.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the products will meet every specific requirement of your project or that they will be error-free. We will, however, address reported bugs promptly via free updates.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peregrine Transport LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date below when changes are made.
