Site Sculptor Studios wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because all of our products are digital files that are accessible immediately upon purchase, our refund policy is designed to be fair while accounting for the nature of digital goods.
Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date if the product does not function as described on its product page, contains significant errors or broken features that we cannot resolve, or was significantly misrepresented in its listing.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not issued if the product has already been downloaded and is working as described, if you changed your mind after downloading the files, if the product requires skills or tools that were listed in its product description, or if the request is made more than 30 days after purchase.
How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with (1) your order number, (2) the product name, and (3) a clear description of the issue. We review every request and will respond within one to two business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, though your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you purchased the wrong product, contact support and we will do our best to find a solution.
